Do I need to patch test before using a new product?

Yes. We recommend patch testing every new KLAR & GLO product before first use. Apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.

Can I use Retinol (Night Cream) and Vitamin C/active serums together?

We recommend introducing actives like Retinol gradually and alternating strong actives (like our Night Cream) with gentler nights, especially when you’re new to a routine. If you’re unsure, patch test and start slowly.

What is the shelf life of KLAR & GLO products?

All products are best used within 24 months from the manufacturing date printed on the pack, and within the period-after-opening symbol once opened.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are designed to be gentle and barrier-supporting, but everyone’s skin is different. We always recommend a patch test first, and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.
